Looking for a date night in Buda that's more than dinner and a movie? Art Nights at Inspired Minds Art Center are relaxed, BYOB evenings in historic downtown Buda where you make something together. An instructor guides you step by step, no experience needed, and you take home what you make. Come as a couple, bring friends, or come solo. Grab dinner on Main Street, then walk over to the studio at 121 Main Street.

Throw & Glaze Potter's Wheel Date Night
Paint & Sip Night
First Friday: Create After Hours
Learn to throw small pots on the potter's wheel, then decorate them with underglaze. We clear-coat and fire your pieces and let you know when they're ready to pick up. Friday evenings 6:00–8:30 pm and Saturday mornings 10:00 am–12:30 pm. $60 per person, up to 6 people per class. BYOB for guests 21 and up. Ages 9 and up with an adult. Wear clothes that can get messy, and short nails are best.
A two-hour guided painting night with a new theme each time. Your instructor walks you through every step, and you leave with a finished canvas. All materials are included; bring your own drinks. Friday evenings 7:00–9:00 pm. $45 per person, up to 12 people. Ages 13 and up with an adult.
On the first Friday of every month, 5:00–8:00 pm, the Amster Maker Studio and walk-in pottery painting stay open late for adults. No reservation needed. Bring your favorite drink, pick a project, and make something with your hands. Pricing is per project, not by the hour: Maker Bar crafts start at $12, and ceramic pieces to paint start at $20, with studio time, supplies and kiln firing included.

Do we keep what we make?
Yes. Paintings go home that night. Pottery is glazed and fired, and we let you know when it's ready to pick up.
Can teens or kids come?
Throw & Glaze is open to ages 9 and up and Paint & Sip to ages 13 and up, each with a participating adult. Because guests may bring drinks, morning Throw & Glaze classes work best for younger groups.
