About the Event
Jake Akers, local artist, snow-sculptor, entrepreneur, and owner of A Snowball's Chance in Downtown Buda, shares our love of art and our deep commitment to serving our community. He approached us with a very special challenge to give as many children as possible the opportunity to thrive in our Inspired Kids Summer Art+Science program!
He understands the vital importance of art and creative problem-solving in child development, and he will give a matching contribution of up to $1000 for financial gifts to the Art for All Scholarship Fund!
We've connected with Fuentes Elementary to nominate children with financial need who would benefit greatly from our summer art program.
