About the Event
Where does creativity actually come from, and what do you do when it goes quiet?
In this candid artist talk, Spotlight Resident Joy Bliss explores creativity and its role in the artistic process. She'll address some of the most common misconceptions artists and non-artists carry about what it means to be creative, share practical ways to cultivate and sustain a creative practice, and make a case for experimentation, curiosity, and play as essential tools.
The talk closes with an open Q&A. Come with questions.
Free and open to the public. No registration required.
